Meriadoc Brandybuck, often called Merry, is a delightful hobbit and friend to Frodo. He is best friends with Peregrin Took, mainly called Pippin or Pip, and they join our story in the fields of Farmer Maggot. These two hobbits add the comic relef to the story and are protrayed as the "goof offs." Throughout the story we see Merry and Pippin grow-up and mature, for they have seen things that most of the elders have not.
Merry has already "come of age" and Pippin has not, being the youngest member of the Fellowship.

Dominic Monaghan is one of the hottest things out there today! He was in the British television show called "Hetty Wainthropp Investigates" playing Geoffrey, Hetty's sidekick. He has been in a number of English stage productions and a few small movies roles. He enjoys writing, music, fashion, playing/watching soccer and surfing.
Using his writing skills, he and Billy Boyd are collaborating on a script. His next films will be An Insomniac's Nightmare and Lord of the Rings:The Two Towers.
Billy Boyd has been in an anumorous amounts of plays, and television/film productions. He enjoys fencing, playing the guitar (bass aswell), singing, and of course acting.
He is working on a script with his dear friend Dominic Monaghan and is going to be in a new movie with Russle Crowe, I believe it's called Far Side of the World. He is currently working on a film called Sniper 470.
